A corporate executive, professional speaker, and scholarly practitioner, Dr. Baker, who is a candidate for ICTC Master Civility Trainer Status, as well as Certification program reseller with Civility Experts Inc., and her team will offer transformational keynotes, workplace and cultural change readiness, and leadership skills.
